I am a highly accomplished, seasoned Senior Project Manager who was recently made redundant from Advanced Computer Software Group after 27 years of dedicated service.
My time at Advanced was spent managing a substantial number of large scale, complex implementation and upgrade projects for a host of high profile direct and business partner accounts, covering a whole range of different business sectors, platforms and applications including OpenAccounts Financials, eBIS Exchange (workflow), V1 OCR document management, Payroll & HR software as well as a selection of cloud based applications.
I am extremely commercially aware and with over 38 years in the software industry, I’ve acquired a proven track record of delivering successful projects both throughout the UK and internationally using the PRINCE2 methodology. I pride myself in taking ownership of issues through to successful resolution to ensure absolute customer satisfaction, and this in turn has resulted in an enviable number of long-term trusted advisor type customer relationships spanning many years.
