I have been instrumental in delivering high quality customer service in fast paced restaurants, providing guests with a welcoming and attentive dining experience alongside barista and bar service. I help support the planning and delivery of weekly Brownie meetings for girls aged between 7-10, helping to create a fun, safe and inclusive environment. I assist the leader in organising activities, games and badge work, encouraging confidence, teamwork and new skills. I maintain safeguarding standards and work collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the unit.
