Phoebe Bayliss

My name is Phoebe, and I am a hardworking individual with skills to be able to work well under pressure and have good communication skills between both customers and colleagues. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going outside and trying new hobbies and activities, and playing sports. I have a positive attitude for work, and enjoy having something to do.

I am currently a waitress at the Bird in Hand in Austrey, and have been working there since 2023. This job has taught me how to communicate with customers, to take orders and serve tables, and also to work well in a team and keep areas tidy during busy environments.

I have also had work experience at a local animal centre, learning to work well with the people around me and taking care of many different environments, including animal anclosures and work spaces.

I have recently finished my GCSEs with English, Maths, Science, Geography, and German. I am planning on going to sixth form in September to complete a levels maths, biology, and further maths. I enjoy having work to do and spending my time dedicated to something.
