My studies have helped me develop various skills such as the ability to critically analyse various subject matters, increase my ability to work in both large and small groups of different people and helped develop independent research skills. Customer Service Advisor - BP Pulse

My role as a Customer Service Advisor primarily involves working with bp pulse customers who looking to get information on EV vehicles, resolving their queries and helping them use our EV charging products. Interacting with clients takes place using multiple channels which include phone calls, emails and the management of multiple cases and queries. This role involves assisting clients primarily in the UK but also in other countries such as USA.
I was required to use multiple systems and programmes such as Microsoft Office/365, Salesforce, PowerBI and Amazon Connect. I would need all the software daily while organising and resolving various customer queries and issues. I was required to learn and act as an ambassador for bp pulse products.
This would also require keeping up to date with additional technological developments and updates with the technology.
Applications advisor - TSYS

I work primarily with processing applications from various clients and businesses. This would often include sending, receiving and analyzing information needed to create new financial facilities. I would also need to contact various clients, provide information and guide them through the applications procedures and requirements.
I am required to use Microsoft Excel, proprietary internal computer systems and various forms of documentation to cross check and analyze the information provided to ensure the validity and process the correct information.

I work here as a customer service representative within the field of finance where my role primarily involves interacting with clients that operate large businesses/corporations. I would typically respond to queries clients would have mostly using phones and email communication to resolve any issues they have. For this position, I need to maintain detailed knowledge of the company's financial products and services to allow me to help any clients in my care.
I also maintain a high degree of interpersonal skills so I can correctly quickly analyze the needs of the clients. This also helps because I also work as part of a larger team which makes communication and teamwork easier when needed. I am also required to navigate complex computer systems and input digital financial data or use relevant applications like MS Office when needed.

I worked here as a Logistics Associate where my role primarily involved working with a team of individuals to maintain operations and processes that occur within the main warehouse. Here, I was tasked with operating various machinery, categorizing, and ensuring delivery reaches its intended destination.
Operations Partner - John Lewis and Partners

I worked here as an Operations Partner where I worked primarily as part of the returns team where we processed stock and merchandise throughout the entire store and in the warehouse. Using skills, I had previously learned in other roles, I received stock and merchandise and used my own skills of organization to effectively manage and allocate various items. Because I was a part of John Lewis and Partners, I was required to work in different parts of the organization and sometimes different stores such as Waitrose.
This ensured I was used to working with different teams in a variety of roles and locations which helped me build my interpersonal skills across different roles, teams, and locations. As an Operations Partner, I often had to help our customers in various situations. This would include general assistance with queries, searching for specific items or just general questions and conversation.
Doing this has allowed me to meet various types of people which has given me the experience to be able to work with different sort of people from various backgrounds and different personalities.
Customer Assistant - Tesco

I worked here on night shifts where I was responsible for organising and properly distributing stock on the shop floor and making sure products went to the places they were supposed to be. This activity helped with organization skills and the proper allocation of tasks between me and others working in the store. I also attended to customers in the store and dealt with their enquiries and helped them with their shopping while organizing stock.
This helped with time management skills as I had to work to complete multiple tasks simultaneously. On most nights, this involved working with a team of individuals from varying backgrounds on different tasks throughout the store and in the warehouse. Working with a team helped build communication skills to help organize ourselves, build solidarity and familiarity.
Sales Assistant - Ralph Lauren Kids and Home, Bicester (via Sykes and Co) - Bicester

I worked as a Sales Assistant in the front of the house where I proactively assisted and interacted with customers in finding products and answering their queries. These interactions helped develop interpersonal skills as a result of constant interaction with customers. I also made sure stock and the merchandise was in order and everyone, including the customers, knew where and how to find them.
Because of the busy nature of the shop, these activities helped me over time get better at working under pressure. I also helped in the stock room as a stock room assistant on occasion. This usually involved the sorting out the products and helping customers find and get what they are looking for and bring it out to them while keeping everything tidy and orderly.
Activities like this helped me work in different situations which helped me adapt to different environments in a workplace environment.
