About
I am an enthusiastic, caring and approachable childcare and youth professional with over six years of experience supporting children and young people from a wide range of backgrounds. I genuinely love working with children and believe every young person deserves to feel understood, valued and supported as an individual. Known for my positive energy, sense of humour and willingness to get stuck in, I build strong relationships by creating safe and encouraging environments where children can be themselves.
Over the past four years, I have supported the same children as they have grown into teenagers, helping them manage emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, improve behaviour and build confidence. I pride myself on connecting with children from all walks of life and taking the time to understand what motivates each individual, allowing me to provide support that helps them thrive.
