PK is an architect with experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), interior designing and started exploring sustainability. PK started his career in BIM where her worked on Facility Information Management, Point cloud, photogrammetry, project phasing and lean scheduling for Apple Campus, Cupertino and Google headquarters, California. PK started working on green building services from 2019 where he led team for more than 62 LEED Platinum certified projects, 2 LEED Gold certified projects and 14 IGBC Platinum certified projects.

PK is a LEED AP (BD+C, O+M), IGBC AP, GRIHA CP, GEM CP and youngest to become an USGBC Faculty worldwide. His expertise includes passive design strategies, daylight simulations, waste management, water management, indoor air quality, sustainable policies, and cost implication analysis.

PK has bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Masters in Environmental Design of Buildings at Cardiff University
