Dear Sir or Madam,

I am currently a student majored in Automotive Engineering (MSC) from University of Leeds and will graduate in this September. I have a good command of Vehicle Structure and Design and independently design a braking system for a minibus and a hybrid drivetrain. Also, I have learnt knowledge about connected automotive system and participated in the design of a self-driving vehicle, mainly in the aspect of path planning and computer vision using MATLAB.

I have fundamental knowledge about battery packs and battery corrosion. Now, I am conducting a personal project about the simulation of the corrosion in molten salt battery.

Last year, I worked as Advance Quality Engineer Assistant in Yanfeng Automotive, China. My responsibility was to check the appearance quality of parts, including the surface fitness, the match of grains from different parts, and the shape of grain. If there were some problems, I should contact the supplier to update unqualified parts and process semesters. Additionally, I helped superior leaders schedule the process plan.

I'm very easy-going, so I can easily adapt to a new environment. Meanwhile, I am also good at social communication thanks to my former position, this enables me to cope with obstacles and conflicts from work effectively. To be a well-rounded person, I always treat myself with high standards, constantly learning new knowledge at work and trying to find innovative methods.

For example, I helped my former department set up a library of grains &plate materials and a glossary of terms last year, which greatly improved my colleagues’ working efficiency.

I worked as Advanced Quality Assistant in Yanfeng Vehicle ,Shanghai.My job was to:

• Check the appearance quality of parts, including the surface fitness, the match of grains from different parts, and the shape of grain.
• Communicate with the supplier to update unqualified parts and process semesters.
• Draw blueprints to reflect certain measuring points via UG and measure geometric tolerance as required by SGM.
• Help superior leaders schedule the process plan
