• Implementing the Concur application for new entities.
• Providing production support to users on different issues. Functional support to business and handling the incidents occurred.
• Worked on Employee central to maintain integration between sap concur and EC.
• Performed the tasks driven by the client business & IT partners.
• Taking care of Change Requests (RFC) received from the business and deploying them.
• Creating and distribution of standard and custom reports in Cognos Reporting either scheduled or as requested.
• Work together with T&E Implementation manager to prioritize workload and agreed client SLA.
• Providing solutions for Integration between Concur & other applications.
• Taking care of Concur integration activities with SAP & and other apps.
• Coordinating with other SAP teams like PI, ABAP, HCM, RTR & Basis.
• Interacting with Concur support team for any critical issues and for upgrades related activities.
• Developing the testing scope whenever required and advising the T&E team on testing strategy.
