I am a compassionate individual dedicated to supporting others through current challenges and/or scarring past experiences. My passion lies in understanding how individuals' experiences shape the psyche, and in creating a calm, empathic space for clients to explore, feel, process, and learn how to manage the impact of these experiences, supporting in understanding themselves, the world around them, and their place in it. Having faced adversity myself, I bring both empathy and lived experience to my practice.
Personal therapy has strengthened my ability for self-compassion, gratitude, and helped me recognise the value of client autonomy, reinforcing my belief in the potential of the transformative power of emotional support and gained resilience. Lived experience drives my commitment to providing a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore and/or redefine their sense of self. My approach is primarily person-centred, however I integrate aspects of modalities such as CFT, DBT and creative outlets, tailoring sessions to individual needs to foster self-discovery, emotion regulation, self-empowerment, and psychological resilience.
I value the uniqueness of each client and use this to build strong, authentic therapeutic relationships.
