Rachel Clark

I started working in the field of lean and business improvement in 2000 and since then I’ve lived and worked in multiple countries and have just returned from 8 years working for some large matrix multinational companies in Switzerland. Implementing transformational change is where I excel working throughout an organizational structure, helping to break silo thinking and bringing an organization together. Supporting companies and their people to achieve results and grow is where my passion lies; seeing people achieve what they didn’t think possible is incredibly motivating to me.

I am pragmatic, practical and have years of training and coaching experience, built around the lean philosophy of respect for the individual. I’m an advocate of the 4 day week and can support companies in achieving that goal without their employees working harder.

My background is in engineering and I have have worked across multiple industries through the years in both the public and private sector.
