I work predominantly in customer service and within a retail industry and helping with stock take on a monthly basis. Knowledgeable with computers, including Google Workspace and software such as Microsoft Office. I am a fast learner, including, in high stress situations.

Very reliable and often used as an example to get colleagues to work harder. I keep hygiene at a very high standard and keeping it wrote down in the daily notes. Working with health and safety precautions and gaining lots of experience in these departments.

• I work in the customer service team, handling calls about orders and other queries.
• I reach out to stores and depots chasing down orders, whilst, using the Salesforce system and the Vera system to locate a customer's details.

• Follow up on any open cases for customers, complete any tasks and ring the customer up to inform.
• I use my empathy to show I care about helping others, whereas, I can be strict when handling upset customers.

• Processing the customer's orders, checking and printing off their invoice.

• My duties include; Cleaning, serving customers, handling money, taking orders.
• When working in the restaurant I often worked lunchtimes which was the busiest time of day.

Worked voluntarily on the shop floor and sometimes the warehouse.

• My duties include; Offering help to customers, using the till, moving items on the shop floor around.
• Placed the signs to show how much an item is and what item it is in alphabetical order in the filing cabinet system.
• Took phone calls and filled out forms for collections and deliveries and placed them in the delivery slots.
• General tidying and sorting.
