Presently, I work in a SEND school, supporting pupils with a range of needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning difficulties) by adapting lessons, reinforcing learning, and offering focused attention to help them reach their full potential. In addition, I organized and manage pupils' individual regulatory plans and strategies to regulate their behavior.

I recently concluded an internship as a project manager in a pharmaceutical company, where, among other duties, I monitored key milestones, maintained status reports, and updated stakeholders on timelines, risks, and progress using project management tools like MS Project. I have a proven track record of leading teams, managing project budgets, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

In my last role as an intern project manager in a pharmaceutical company, I worked with the senior project managers and program coordinators on developing project timelines, work plans, and resource allocations for drug development, clinical trials, and product launches. Being a conglomerate, the company had several pharmaceutical outlets. I was assigned to monitor each outlet's key milestones, maintain status reports, and update stakeholders on timelines, risks, and progress using project management tools like MS Project.

In addition, I ensured all outlet inventory management documentation was up to date and compliant with regulatory standards.

I have an MSc in project management with a focus on risk management and Agile methodologies. I also hold a bachelor's degree in law, where I honed my skills in strategic planning and attention to detail. My education has equipped me with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively lead and manage projects, ensuring successful outcomes through thorough risk assessment and efficient Agile practices.
