I have a wealth of Project Management experience across a broad range of services, including e-learning and app and web production.
My career has exposed me to working with a broad range of technical tools including client CMS and learning management systems as well as MS Office and Google Workspace. I am passionate about building positive relationships within the internal teams I work with as well as within client relationships as I feel it is a key element of a successful project experience, and I am flexible with my approach towards every project I manage as I believe each project and client need to be treated individually in order to work the best solution.
I also have experience in creating structure around the Project Management process in order to maintain timelines, budget and milestone deliveries. This includes creating documentation for use internally to help streamline the process for any new members of my project team.
