Led team of Six engineering and marketing staffs and twelve security and housekeeping staffs. Looked after 4 towers with 211 apartments and around 400 Residents.

• Ensure day to day smooth operation of every building components machinery, plant, furniture, fixture and equipment
• Ensure safety, security and protection of building residents and amenties by responding to grievances, breakdowns, faults, accidentents taking appropriate measure to resolve
• Keep track of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of lift, generator, HVAC, Solar, Gym, Water filtration unit, fire fighting, theatre and confirm proper documentation
• Checking inventory, ordering supplies and keeping track housekeeping, security staffs for sanitation and security

• Checking technical designs and details in Architectural and Structural Drawings with proper execution on site

The lost horizon Resort, Begnas by shangrila hotel and resort located in Pachvaiya, Begnas lake. Worked for 3 months looking after the implementation of as per drawing design from Wonaw & Associates by the subcontractor PM construction.

Green Hill City is the largest housing project of Nepal located in Mulpani, Kathmandu. The project consists 800 plots at 340 Ropani (40 Acre) land. Worked as a site engineer and supervised finishing work as per specification mentioned in contract.
