I am an excellent candidate for this job because I have over ten years experience working in this field .During this time I have become competent with numerous standard laboratory techniques, including agarose gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting, expression and purification of proteins, bacterial and yeast two-hybrid approaches, DNA/RNA extractions, gene cloning and transformation PCR, RT-PCR ,ELISA ,flow cytometry, cutting section and cell culture techniques. Also Basic techniques in molecular genetic investigation (for autozygosity mapping), Analysis of data from Affymetrix 6.0 SNP array data, linkage analysis (Microsatellite marker analysis and interpretation) and Gene sequencing .
