Currently in sixth form studying Business, Economics and Sociology, alongside regular shifts at a busy dessert shop in London. I usually do full 8-hour shifts on my own, so I'm used to keeping on top of orders, payments and customer questions even when it gets hectic. I also help other students with revision in the same subjects — not just going over notes again, but actually explaining things until they click. Looking for a role where I can put that same reliability and work rate to use.

Team Member / Customer Assistant at Sweet Tooth (2025-02 – Present)

• Work two to three 8-hour shifts a week unsupervised, opening or covering the shop floor from start to finish
• Serve customers, take orders and resolve queries or complaints on the spot, even during unpredictable rushes
• Operate the till independently, handling cash and card payments accurately under time pressure
• Prepare orders while keeping the counter and seating area clean and presentable throughout the shift
• Adapt quickly to how busy the shop is on any given day, since footfall swings a lot between shifts
