I’m someone who enjoys meeting new people, exploring new places, and working well with others. I’m interested in creative areas like youth theatre, film, and TV, which has helped me develop good communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude. I like being part of a team and bringing energy and curiosity to what I do.
I have solid experience in customer service and retail, gained from working in cafes, shops, salons and as a mystery shopper.
Cafe I handel everything from opening and closing to serving customers, working the till and keeping the place running smoothly. I've also worked at Card Factory during the busy christmas period, helping customers and keeping the shop organised. As a mystery shopper with Serve Legal I carried out visits to different businesses and completed detailed reports, which helped me build strong attention to detail.
I also spent several years as a salon assistant at Duffy Hairdressing, where I greeted customers, kept the salon tidy and helped with stock. I've completed online training in customer service and volunteering experience at the Salvation Army donation centre, where I helped sort and prepare donations for the shop floor. Overall, I'm reliable, friendly and confident working with customers in busy enviroments and I'm keem to take on a full time role.
