I am 42 years old and have worked in the care sector for over 25years , I have worked many roles from senior carer,carer,domestic assistant and also supported a home manager with dementia work shops , I am hard working and have good communication, I understand person centred care and feel I carry out this to suit individual needs , I respect others choices and feel I am a great listener, I have completed my nvq level 2 and 3 in social care

Nvq2&3 pass in social care have worked in care sector over 25years, worked at sanctuary care for 16years and before that 4years at Somerset red stone trust, I attended south bromsgrove high school and left there in 1996 age 16 went straight into my first care assistant position part time at a local care home
