Reuben Ullah

I am a motivated and dependable employee with strong leadership skills developed through teaching children aged 5–12 in sports such as tennis, football, and basketball. This experience has strengthened my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, as well as my confidence in leading, inspiring, and supporting others to reach their potential. I am skilled in planning and delivering engaging sessions, managing groups of varying ages and abilities, and building positive relationships with participants.

My background in sport has taught me discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic. I am reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.

Work experience at BBF Limited (2025-05 – 2025-05)

I completed a week of work experience within an engineering environment, gaining knowledge into mechanical and electrical engineering. I shadowed experienced engineers and assisted with workplace related tasks, I completed training in DSEAR, Electrical and mechanical engineering and food and safety level 2. During my time I developed a greater understanding of the engineering process and health and safety.

Volunteer at Pelican (2025-06 – 2025-06)

I volunteered at the Pelican club in east hull, where i had the chance to coach and support children from year 3 to year 6. During this role I taught the fundamentals of a variety of sports including football and tennis, whilst promoting team values, respect and sportsmanship. I planned and delivered some activities that helped students develop their skills and confidence in a positive environment.

This experience strengthened my leadership communication and organisational skills, i am proud to have played a part in promoting fair play
