Production Operator - Glass Systems Direct

This is my current role within Glass Systems Direct. I take on numerous roles within the factory. This includes, cutting bars down to size to make units, filing, butyle which is all the aspects for the final window. I also contribute to the general cleaning of the factory.
Assistant Manager - Llanharry Workmen's Club - Llanharry

This involves ordering stock to ensure the facility is prepared for customer orders. Furthermore, I have to serve customers whilst ensuring the shift is running smoothly. This demonstrates that I can work well within a team whilst continuing to run a shift effectively.
My managerial role requires me to formulate the Rota's and count the money at the end of each shift. I believe this responsibility shows that I am a trust worthy employee. This job involves me to sometimes work in a high-pressure environment if there is an influx of customers or intoxicated members of the public.
Being an assistant manager requires me to deal with these situations if my staff don't feel comfortable and diffuse any animosity to ensure other customers experience are not affected.

This role required many of the responsibilities I carry out in my present role, although, the establishment offered food and therefore, my role extended to restaurant services. This included waitressing and front of house. The transferable skills I learnt at this job, taught me the professionalism required when representing a company and engaging with their customers.
