For the past 7 years I have Assessed Children’s Care qualifications to help others become effective practitioners through mentoring and coaching. I am passionate about ensuring children and young people have a positive start in life and given opportunities to develop themselves later on in life. A highly motivated and inspiring coach and mentor, with extensive childcare and development knowledge spanning over 20 years. As a vocational coach my professionalism and quality of teaching has allowed me to develop and foster relationships to achieve the attainment and deliverance of courses providing me with an exemplary track record to date. Throughout my career I have demonstrated skills of working collaboratively and independently maintaining equality, diversity and inclusion always.
