I am a reliable team member with a positive attitude always with great communication skills. I have two years in customer service and working in retail and sales face to face thought these roles. Talking to people and getting along with anyone is something that I love to do most.

Wickes Customer Service Adviser - Ascensos

Working as a customer service adviser for Wickes is something that I really really enjoy and being able to deal with different type of people thought out the day and has taught me a lot. Being a customer service agent means I need to stay positive always even when I have some difficult customers and let them know that I am going to try my best to help with any problems that they may have. During this role I always do my best to make sure the customer is left satisfied with the customer service that they have received.

Sales Advisor - Clear Business

I have to be bubble, upbeat and friendly through this role. I have to phone customers and sell them gas and electricity which I don’t ever have a problem with as I live talking to to customers. While doing this I always need to keep a positive mindset and never let little things like angry customers on the phone and people hanging up ever get me down.

Throughout this role I have to have good self management skills and be able to keep track of everything that is going on for example phoning customers back to get details off them and giving them prices, doing all of this helps me achieve my target!

Sales Assistant - McColls

Working as a sales assistant is something that I really enjoy! It fits perfectly with my personality as I am outgoing and friendly. During this I had to meet new people every day and approach anyone who seemed like they were struggling or needed any help.

Also every days and every night I was the lock the shop, this would include firstly making sure all money was counted and the correct floats were in the till ready for my colleagues coming in the next day, secondly making sure the post office safe and the shop safes were all locked and all alarms were set, finally I would set the shop alarm and make sure the shop was locked up insuring that no one could enter.

Sales Assistant - McColls Post Office

Throughout this role I was handling large amounts of money daily from people coming in to put money into their bank accounts to businesses doing bank deposits. Every four hours the post office was to be counted or any discrepancy’s that may have been made and make sure that the correct money was in the till, then would move money and put it away into the safe and make sure they were all locked as soon as I was finished in them. While counting any money I was to make sure it was all done correctly and done to a night standard.

Beauty Therapist - Halo

During this I had to make sure all customers were satisfied with every job that was done and made sure that they always left with a smile on their face as well as my own! I enjoyed this role because I was always making others around me and all my customers happy.
