I am a creative, enthusiastic and professional young person with good time management skills and high standards with experience in retail, as a barista and as a recruit in the Royal Air Force. I am an effective team player who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. Always polite, friendly and approachable, I enjoy supporting and helping others. Recruit - PHASE 1 TRAINING at RAF (2026-04-12 – 2026-05-13)

Took part in a unique combination of military training and vocational training, including a variety of sports to promote fitness, agility and adventurous training activities. Developed personal skills such as self-discipline, teamwork and leadership, through navigational exercises, command tasks and opportunities to lead the groups.

• Prepared for and completed military selection and arrived on day one of training with fully organised kit.
• Completed daily room and kit inspections and helped fellow recruits through the skills and standards required.
• Developed personal skills such as self-discipline and communication.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed orders and instructions whilst under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Participated in daily drill sessions.
• Completed given tasks with minimal or no supervision, to a high standard.
• Managed highly demanding training tasks whilst subject to external pressures such as sleep deprivation and expectations.
• Whilst on exercise, took turns in taking the lead to complete challenges as a 'Section'. Successfully achieved the challenges under pressure.

Barista/Restaurant Staff at Planters - Brookfield's (2024-03 – 2026)

Worked Saturdays at Brookfield's Garden Centre within the Restaurant while attending college. Position was customer facing and involved interacting with customers taking orders, making hot & cold beverages, providing table service, clearing & cleaning tables, with some pot washing & EPOS trained. Had experience of dealing with customers that require support with their orders or who have grievances.

Worked weekends whilst studying at college but also worked extra shifts during the week when not at college.

Christmas Grotto Staff at Planters - Brookfield's (2023-10 – 2023-12)

Worked in the Christmas Grotto at the garden centre in a temporary Christmas position.

• Worked at the front of house on the counter of the Grotto, where welcomed families, took payments and scanned tickets.
• Worked in the digital photography room of the Grotto, helping put together photographs purchased by families into their chosen frames, Christmas Baubles, key rings, and more.
• Worked on a Saturday and Sunday during the Christmas season.
