In my previous roles I’ve managed multiple social media accounts for many businesses in the industry, this includes; restaurants, clothing stores, recruitment companies, driving schools, salons and more.

In my roles I’ve managed campaigns, projects and strategies as well as CRM management and liaising with clients as well as networking. I also helped maintain brand standards and make sure all aspects of marketing, designs and campaigns align with their values.

In addition I would create reports and projections each month for our clients to help create bespoke strategies.

Experience

Research across all relevant social platforms to gain an understanding of what your audience is interested in is paramount.Even though the end goal is the purchase and the steps taken towards obtaining that have to align with the product.Enhancing customer experiences such as creating specific collections for e-commerce can be beneficial.

I've done this for a few clothing stores in my latest role, this can also be helped with SEO and linking products with relevant industries and reliable news articles.
