I am an individual looking for experience in every area of restaurant work - my passion lies in fine dining (front and back of house) with the aim to provide incredible memorable food and drink to guests. I am currently going into my final year of Culinary Arts Management at UCB, and have definitely developed a flair for fine dining techniques and plating, and is now waiting for an opportunity to join a fine dining team and progress.
I have worked in Six by Nico, a contemporary tasting restaurant which fuelled my love for delivering beautiful food to guests along with matching wines, and having the opportunity to talk to guests about the dishes, drinks and ingredients.
Currently in my final year in a BA Culinary Arts Management at University College Birmingham.
