70/30 Mech/Elec. Established and practiced experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic repair; Engines, Gearboxes, pumps, motors, static high pressure washer systems, vacuum systems & heavy duty vehicles.
Experience in managing technical teams of 5-30 people with a keen eye for talent and extracting the best from a team, whilst driving a positive attitude to the work at hand.
20 years experience in maintenance, journeying from a armoured vehicle mechanic in the British Army, to a seasoned manager in the industrial sector.
Mechanically bias with a good understanding of electrics, tech publications & diagrams & hydraulics, fault finding and root cause analysis.
Adopted training and mentor roles throughout my career to deliver knowledge and experience and spec training to peers & subordinates, establishing extremely capable teams.
