I am a motivated and reliable individual with strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, which was developed through my bronze and silver award for my Duke of Edinburgh and work experience. I have gained practical experience at Stamford Park Primary School, building confidence, responsibility, and being adaptable. I understand the importance of communicating with my peers and work experience colleagues.

I am eager to contribute my skills and dedication to a professional role while continuing to learn and grow. During my time at German Mods UK I have continued to grow in confidence with my customer service skills and this has helped me to understand the importance of outstanding customer service. Since leaving school, I have started to add more hours to my babysitting role, which has helped me financially and has introduced me to more families who may require my service.

Social media/Customer service - German Mods UK

German mods UK is a company who specialise in customising car play into high branded cars. I work here on Saturdays, and during my time I am in charge of taking calls, booking appointments and general customer service around the garage. During my time here, I started to train in creating small content for the social media platform for the company. I have continued to build on my customer service skills and on my own self confidence.

I have been supporting on and off at a Art club, where I like to volunteer when I can and support in resourcing and planning themed creative activities.

Babysitter - Warrington/Stretford

I have been babysitting on and off or when needed for the past 2 years. During this time, i became independent in catching trains and buses to get to and from Warrington. Doing this helped me to build my resilience and communication skills.

This also, taught me about time management and the importance of punctuality. Being a babysitter has given me the sense of responsibility, trust and understanding the needs of young children. i have also learnt basic meal prep skills and basic first aid skills.

I developed strong teamwork and communication skills by working closely with both teachers and students across different year groups. This experience taught me the importance of patience and adaptability. I also gained valuable experience supporting children with learning difficulties helping them to better understand their work and build confidence in their abilities.
