Volunteer Trail Builder - Rushmere

(2023-01)

• Project Management - managing trail creation, and timelines for when trails get built.
• Customer Service - managing users' expectations of what trails are open and identifying their needs as trail users. Helping users find their way around, and answer any question.
• Mentorship - helping younger riders with core skills to better serve them and keep them safe. (Senior rider on devo)
• Health and Safety - maintained a safe working environment, and worked alongside the Greensand Trust safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration - coordinated monthly meetings to review progress, raise concerns and plan future ideas. This kept us on track, helping develop the bike park inline with the community.
