Responsible for a global team marketing, selling and maintaining Foreign Exchange products to an extensive client base.
Overseeing 15 partners in multiple jurisdictions, ensuring regulatory oversight, customer satisfaction, profitability and growth
Regular client interaction through daily trading, relationship meetings and general catch ups
Senior escalation contact for client issues
Mentoring, advising, training direct reports
Oversight and maintenance of FX volumes, revenue and annual targets
Accountability for global strategic sales direction, client growth, and satisfaction
Responsibility for maintaining a successful FX Sales team, driving knowledge, partner growth through communication using regular 1:1 meetings, appraisals and year end evaluation of achievements
