As a passenger assistant, I aided passengers, ensuring a positive travel experience by helping with the boarding and needs during their journey. My duties involved following a set route to collect passengers who mostly had Special Education Needs and Disabilities. After completing my route, I would immediately start my second route and the I would repeat this in the afternoon. I had to ensure I adhered to all safety procedures, including monitoring the passenger’s behaviour to ensure a secure environment. I provided excellent customer service, ensuring all tasks were complete and all passengers were happy.
