My responsiblitys were to ensure the correct deliveries were taken in and placed in the correct fridge/freezers in the kitchens, checking and temprature checks had to get done for every company that deliver foods. I also had to take care of the cleaning in the loading bay where i had to deal with the bins to be emptied 3 times a week, i had to breake the days glass collection from the bar and guest rooms. i also had to make sure thar twice a week the chief whites were sent out to be cleaned and returned to the chief lockers. also i had to do daily cleans of the staff canteen and corridors.i had to collect and breake down any empty boxes from all departments and break them down and place them in the compactor machine.
