I am from Ireland and have four years of experience working in the bar industry, including two years of bar management experience. During this time, I have developed strong skills in customer service, preparing complex cocktails, and managing busy bar environments. I worked at Brownes in Gorey, Ireland, a very popular and busy bar, where I gained valuable experience working under pressure and ensuring customers received excellent service.
