I’ve been working within the Education system for over 6 years, so have a good understanding of the organisation and procedures commonly used. During the past few years I have been working between Student Support and Student Services at Reading College developing skills in different areas of supporting students and managing challenging behaviour. Alongside this, I have been working a Safeguarding Lead job for a growing music event company, supporting younger community members to stay safe and protected in industry environments but also build their confidence in their music and performance.
