Goal-oriented, open-minded, reliable, diligent and eager to learn and develop these attributes listed in any capacity. Attaining a degree in sociology has inspired me to choose a career path that caters to the public and ensure dedicated service to support people within our community. With experience, I have enhanced young people capabilities and self-esteem with hands-on and personalized mentoring sessions and teaching life skills to develop independence.

As of recent developed a skill in project management, creating events to boost enrichment and engagement within educational setting. In addition, proficient in using Google & Microsoft software to enhance support for sectors I have worked in. Overall, with willingness to develop personal & professional development in work environment and I am also asset to any organization with expertise I have required.

Receptionist - Well Street Surgery

• Answering phones greeting patients or potential patients, answering any enquiries resolving clinical and non-clinical problems.
• Scanning and filing documents that patients, hospitals, specialized clinics and other organizations submit via post and email.
• Developed a skill using a different system called Emis and Accrux which supports staff to book, rebook appointments.
• Target driven recalls to book patients in for reviews with clinicians.
• Ensure that we follow procedures of a GP such as infection control and other appropriate training.

Student Support Officer - Study Group/Bellerbys London College

• Creating a Student Union to engage students to be representative for the student body, facilitator of assisting students to create fun international days and extra-curricular activities.
• Liaising with finance team, catering team and student services team requesting assistance to set up events for students and staff to attend.
• Collaboratively working with external companies to ensure events requests are submitted efficiently and negotiating timing slots are effectively in place.
• Administrative tasks for exams and registry teams, emailing directors of learning and students regarding retakes.
• Curating informative documents/presentations for student union regarding event planning and execution. In addition, setting up meetings twice a week to ensures tasks up to date.

Learning and Behaviour Mentor - COLA Highbury Grove/ City Year UK - London, Greater London

• Mentoring and coaching ten focus list students, such as Setting up long-term, short-term goals for students to meet.
• Organized after school club for students to join, currently developed a new initiative alongside national art gallery for year nine students to work on a project, over ten students have joined and explored different art techniques which I showcased with assistance of art curator, assisted with the projects, and delivered presentations of what this project entails.
