Having worked in the aviation industry for the last fifteen years my primary focus is ensuring customers get their expected needs met in a secure and safe matter despite the turbulence one has to endure on a daily occurrence. Despite being a native English speaker I can converse in Latin and basic Arabic with customers who need help and reassurance with their daily encounters in the tourism industry. Being a keen traveller myself it is relatively easier for me to approach shy customers who need help with their day to day objectives and the obstacles they face in a fast paced environment which is the tourism sector.
Over the last fifteen years I have moved through the ranks of the QR cabin crew day to day operations. Currently, I am attached to SAS connect which is based out of LHR. As a team of six, including a Captain and First Officer, we transport key net worth customers in the Scandinavian market to and from poignant EU destinations.
I posscess an Adventure Tourism Management Degree, 2.1, from the University of Birmingham, UK.
