- Use ShipCLIP daily to conduct configuration validations, process allowances and configuration reports, conduct ShipCLIP training for ship's crew members and ensure feedback and updates are properly processes and maintained to avoid equipment support problems.
- Assisted Chief Engineer (responsible configuration manager) in preparing allowance change requests and configuration change requests, conducting technical reviews regarding all repair parts requested in excess of storeroom allowance.

- I am responsible to the supply officer/ junior supply officer for performing supply department functions assigned.
- As directed, I help perform shelf-life maintenance actions as directed/required on HAZMAT material, prepared for ship generated HAZMAT for offload, assist on coordinating with cargo load out for customer ships, followed proper issue, receipts, stowage, inventory and accountability of Cargo load material.
- Familiar with the Hazardous Materials program and receipt, stowage, inventory requirements for the material.
- Managed CLF module and ensured processes and procedures were completed in accordance with regulations.
