Bartender/Barista | Babs Restaurant, Glasgow October 2021 to present

• Delivering excellent customer service and created loyal customers.
• Delivering quality drinks and coffees to customers in a responsible manner.
• Serving customers in a timely manner.
• Maintaining full knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods and made recommendations.
• Working effectively under high pressure.
• Performing closing duties including cleaning and sanitising.

• Remained guest-focused in order to provide an excellent customer service.
• Prepared alcoholic, non-alcoholic, coffees and other beverages for customers in accordance with the standard recipes on a timely manner.

Online Game Night Event

• As a group of six event managers we managed to effectively host an online event for charity purpose by selling all 30 tickets available.
• As the production and logistics manager I managed to effectively coordinate all the online activities by ensuring everything was on track. Additionally, I managed all the expenses and the income of the event by making sure it was profitable.
• All in all, the online event was held successfully, was profitable and the attendees were fully satisfied with their attendance.
