Opalite Learning is a reflective practice organisation that supports the professional and personal development of staff and students within learning institutions. As part of this role, sourced, interviewed, directed, filmed and edited videos of professionals discussing key skills relevant to the development of young people.

Within this role I Translated Opalite Learning’s core educational goals into specific character breakdowns and interviewer/interviewee criteria to ensure high-value, authentic content.

I conducted targeted talent searches to identify key industry professionals, practitioners across diverse sectors (e.g., education, tech, leadership, business). I managed the submission and vetting pipeline—reviewing clips, conducting preliminary screenings, and evaluating on-camera presence to ensure candidates could communicate complex industry insights clearly and engagingly.

I coordinated callbacks, slate checks, and scheduling, ensuring selected experts seamlessly aligned with the brand's tone, curriculum targets, and production timeline.

The platform I developed for Opalite Learning allowed for staff and student training embedding the following skills:
