During lock down I went back to college and passed my level 4 & 5 in Business Enterprise with Administration. Previously I worked for people as a personal assistant who had neurodivrse disabilities.
I had been a full time carer for my mother in law. But am now looking to work in the Administration/Reception or possibly HR section.
I have experience with customer care in serving customers as a volunteer at the British Heart Foundation. I have also previously worked as waitress.
Different role of customer care but I worked in nursing/residential care homes, providing a service for the elderly with dignity and compassion. Also communication to family and friends.
Business Enterprise with Administration level 4 & 5.
