Sales Consultant/Branch Manager
- Administered the branch's budget for seasonal upcoming brands to display in the store. Worked with the design advisor to meet the company's sales targets.
- I managed the branch's monthly salaries and bonuses and was responsible for sales analysis, financial reporting, updating the online store and creating seasonal campaigns.
- Once a fortnight I held a meeting with all the branch's all employees to offer incentives to maintain sales and moral.
- With good marketing, and long-term relationships with customers, the branch's trade exceeded the goals set by Head Office.
Trip Leader
- To ensure campers' safety, one month prior to the opening, an American soldier trained us first aid, and survival training in the field.
- Planned the activities for campers (age: 9-17).
