I am currently working as a Systems Coordinator for a main contractor in the construction industry, which involves the training of and supporting of users for several information management systems. I was promoted to my current role from Assistant Document Controller. I’m now looking to take on a Document Controller position which will allow me to develop skills I have gained in my current and previous roles.
I feel that I am a quick learner and I.T. savvy, which has helped me quickly pick up and understand EDMS/CDE systems at an administrative level. I have experience with advanced system procedures such as configuring workflow automation. I’m confident using the systems extract and manipulate data, which I then put into detailed reports for various members of the business. I’m also proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Power BI, Excel and Sharepoint.
I have a BSc in Psychology and a MSc in Occupational Psychology.
