I am a positive, friendly and gregarious person, looking for a role that will help me develop my customer service skills at the start of my working career. I have lived in Urmston since I was two years old and this will be my first full time job, since finishing my A levels at Flixton Girls. I took the decision not to continue my studies and go to University, and instead want to find employment.
I pride myself in my easy going, happy and enthusiastic nature. I always work to the best of my ability and relish feedback from my peers to improve my performance. I am hardworking, trustworthy and optimistic and am keen to develop my team working skills.
I chose not to get a part time job whilst studying, so have no direct work experience. The experience I have includes at secondary school mentoring younger students, Year 7 homework club and being a house counsellor. I have younger cousins who I look after and babysit for. I have carried out a range of different work experiences including helping at craft sessions for a local handmade crafting company; shadowing a local podiatrist and helping manage her paperwork; carrying out administrative tasks for an Occupational Therapy company and over Christmas 2022, I volunteered for a few days at an Urmston care home, chatting to the residents and making Christmas cards and decorations with them.
