Seeking a Trustee role. I lead People Acquisition across the EMEA and APAC regions at management consulting firm called Ankura. My remit is to oversee both experienced hire and early careers recruitment across 11 countries for 6 business groups. I joined Ankura following its acquisition of Navigant, with the mandate to support post-acquisition integration—aligning people, processes, and systems, and hiring key leadership roles to enable sustainable growth. Prior to joining the firm, I consulted for several organisations, helping to build recruitment functions from the ground up or optimise existing ones to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve talent outcomes.
With an MA in Human Resource Management, I bring a strong foundation in both HR and Talent Acquisition. I’m also a published author and qualified career coach, passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing recruitment strategies—particularly in the areas of diversity and early-in-career talent. As a global talent leader, I thrive in dynamic, purpose-driven environments and focus relentlessly on delivering results through insight-led hiring. Currently, I’m also supporting the build-out of Ankura’s India Shared Services Centre as part of our broader global expansion.
