Experienced Production Manager with a versatile background spanning across entertainment, documentaries, live OBs, and daytime TV. Currently situated at ITN Productions, collaborating closely with Executive Producers throughout the entire production lifecycle. Successfully managed projects for prominent broadcasters including ITV, Channel 5, Channel 4, UKTV, and Netflix.
International Filming: setting up shoots in remote locations, working with fixers, sorting visas band foreign filming. permits, carnets and import letters, booking complex travel, experience setting up shoots across Europe, South America, North America.
Finance: Managing cost managers, working with budgets.
Production: Writing risk assessments, booking crew, problem solving, negotiating costs, working closely with producers and senior management, sorting permissions and clearances, scheduling.
Employing and contracting staff, completing pay roll
Post-Production: Managing edit schedules, booking editors, archive and music clearance, managing
