I have been working at EasiDrive Accident management for 13 years in a verity of roles covering the whole claims process.
Most recently I have been working as a Recoveries Negotiator however EasiDrive recently went into administration and I have been made redundant as a result.
I am therefore eager to return to work as soon as possible
I started at EasiDrive as admin however worked my way up through the claims process monitoring on how claims to ensure they are dealt in line with maximum recovery, reviewing for any liability or fraud concerns, managing ongoing claims and settling outstanding costs
I have 13 years of phone based customer service experience liaising with insurers, solicitors and clients who are often in a vulnerable condition
