Strong self-driven work ethic who is enthusiastic, ambitious, and resourceful, with an excellent ability to learn and adapt to roles faster than others. A history of surpassing expectations and achieving goals that have been set with a proven track record of being requested to complete important tasks or projects from the beginning phase to the end while maintaining healthy and strong relationships with management and clients.
Throughout my career, I have mostly worked in permanent and contracted roles in a variety of different sectors, as I am someone who enjoys expanding their skills and knowledge. As of 2023, I have started to prioritize short-term contracts as I relish challenging myself and assisting clients in their time of need. So far, this has been mainly assisting the NHS on a 3-to-6-month basis.
Towards the end of 2023, I have decided that I would like to pursue a career in project management. I have currently assisted with a project for the NHS back in February 2023, which was known as the Digital Health Programme Project (which was awarded £10 million back in 2019/2020). We launched the project successfully, and in November, I gained an Agile Project Management certification from Google along with other skills such as business analysis and process management, as well as a certification for an intelligence analyst.
I am looking to start in any sector at an entry or junior level, which will pave my way into a career as a project manager.

During this process of identifying all the existing problems, it was also my responsibility to bridge the gap and become the main communication between the doctors and nurses to management and higher to express concerns, what was needed, and to fix potential problems found on the wards. During this contracted period, I was also requested by the Head of Business Change in February 2023 to assist with part of the Digital Health Programme project (a £10 million pound project), which was to deliver a new program of digital health technology and electronic patient pathways.
