During this experience I have learnt how a big restaurant works with a lot of customers coming through the door. I have worked front and back of house having the knowledge and skill to manage a high level of work load on a professional manor. During this time I have not only learnt how to manage the pub while on shift with dealing with customers but also manage the team on busy shifts.
I have skills from bar and restaurant manager through to kitchen manager which includes all the running teams, stock take, ordering and general duties.
