- Take minutes of meetings regarding safeguarding issues. Follow company policy and procedures with regards to sensitive data and information.
- Take minutes of meetings for Adult Services. Compile the agenda according to managers availability, upload zip files with relevant documentation from companies' portal.
- Identify and note concerns raised and further actions required. Complete spreadsheet with the outcomes from the meeting.
- Send out daily/weekend rotas for managers covering out of hours day, night and weekend shifts.
- Chase for cover when necessary by calling managers on either work/personal numbers. Liaise with higher management regarding updates.
- Write out cards according to information provided via email, portal and letters to customers for Sight Impaired (SI) or Severely Sight Impaired (SSI) visual impairment. Add notes to the business portal.
