I am passionate about making a difference through sport to individuals mental health and wellbeing. This is why I chose to complete a Msc in sport, physical activity and mental health. Whilst completing my Msc I have worked at a residential dementia care home for two years learning personal care, documentation, and person centred care. I have also completed my First Aid, Mental health first aid and levels 1 and 2 cheerleading coaching.
I have worked in a variety of jobs. These are cheerleading coach, NCS support mentor, NCS lead mentor, research intern for EitC, background actor and health care assistant.
First class honours degree in sports development and management (also awarded CIMPSA prize for contribution to sports and physical activity).
Awaiting grade for Msc in Sports, Physical Activity and Mental Health.
