I am a determined, hard-working and passionate person. I have good time management and ensure that all tasks are completed on time. I am able to adapt to new environments and have good teamwork and communication skills which accompanied by extensive first-hand experience in early years has contributed to my overall development.

I have excellent leadership qualities and have a high level of understanding of young children from the age of 3 months up to 7 years. I have worked with children who have severe learning difficulties and adapted activities and tasks suitable to aid their development. I have a good knowledge of the EYFS which is included in all the activities that we plan for the children and also on the observations.

I am able to deal with children presenting with various personalities and characteristics and am always able to defuse any situation. During my time at Booker Hill school, I worked under three different job roles being nursery assistant, then one year of one-to-one with a special needs child who was hearing impaired and then as a translator for adults who came to learn English. I know that with the skills I have gained, my willingness to learn and my multicultural skills will make a valuable team member.
